A Team form Faculty of Computer and Information Gains Funding for Hack Maze Project from Academy for Scientific Research

Within the framework of the support provided by Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research to the outstanding graduation projects and under patronage of Prof. Mahmoud Zaki, Tanta University President; Prof. Mohammed Hussein, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs; and Prof. Nancy Al-Hefnawy, Acting Dean of Faculty of Computer and Information, a team from faculty students gained funding of Hack Maze project. In addition, other nine graduation projects gained funding from Academy of Scientific Research & Technology (ASRT).

The main idea of the project is based on creating a platform to receive problems facing students during their study for cybersecurity, providing real scenarios and challenges, and developing their skills in the area of cybersecurity.

The winning team was formed from:

· Mahmoud Ali Mahmoud Abul Ela

· Youssef Adel Al-Sayyed Shu’eib

· Mariam Magdy Ahmed Fuda

For her part, Prof. Nancy Al-Hefnawy expressed her happiness for that achievement and wished students a prominent future.
