Under patronage of Prof. Mohammed Hussein, Acting Tanta University President; Prof. Nancy Al-Hefnawy, Acting Dean of Faculty of Computer and Information; under supervision of Prof. Omnia Al-Barbary, Acting Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs; and Prof. Osama Ghonaim, Acting Vice Dean for Postgraduate Studies and Scientific Research, Prof. Tahany Mahmoud Allam, Manager of Job Performance Assessment Unit at Tanta University assessed the job performance of the managers of the administrative departments in attendance of Prof. Nancy Al-Hefnawy, Prof. Omnia Al-Barbay, Prof. Osama Ghonaim, Dr. Ayda Nasr, and Mr. Mohammed Ammar, Secretary-General of the faculty.
   She discussed the objectives of each department with the respective manager and compared it with the real results that have been achieved. In addition, she identified deviations from the target, whether positive or negative.
