Required documents:
•    Birth certificate
•    Graduation certificate (temporary)
•    Original equivalency certificate (if the applicant obtained the degree from a private university or institute)
•    Academic transcript for the 4 years
•    Military service status (for males only)
•    Employer's approval (only if currently employed)
•    Six personal photos
