Important Instructions for Students During the Exams at Faculty of Computer and Information

Faculty of Computer and Information would like to draw the attention of all students to the following important instructions during the exams:
•    Final answers must be written exclusively on the answer sheet, with the model properly shaded.
Any notes or answers written on the question paper will not be considered.
•    A mobile phone is considered a tool of cheating, which requires all officials responsible for organizing, managing, and supervising the exams to strictly observe the following:
•    Students are strictly prohibited from bringing mobile phones into the examination halls during their exams.
•    If a student is found in possession of a mobile phone inside the exam hall, they will be removed from the hall and their exam will be canceled, as the phone is considered a cheating tool.
•    The presence of a mobile phone connected to earphones with any student during the exam shall be considered an attempt to cheat, which results in the application of Article No. (125) of the Executive Regulations of the Universities Organization Law, stipulating the following:
1.    Faculty Dean or his/her representative shall remove the student from the exam hall where the mobile phone connected to earphones was found.
2.    The student shall be barred from attending the remaining exams.
3.    The student shall be considered failed in all subjects of the examination.
4.    The student shall be referred to the Disciplinary Council.
•    Every student must carry their university ID card and seating number during the exams.
•    Female students wearing the niqab (face veil) are required to reveal their face upon entering the exam hall and during the examination when requested, to allow exam supervisors to verify their identity.
This procedure is part of the faculty efforts to prevent cheating and impersonation.
