Under patronage of Prof. Mohammed Hussain, President of the University, and with the support and presence of Prof. Nancy A l-Hefnawy, Dean of the Faculty, and under supervision of Dr. Omnia Al-Barbary, Acting Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development, Faculty of Computer and Information at Tanta University launched the Initiative, “A New Beginning to Ensure Quality of Education”.
   The event was attended by Prof. Sabah Sharshour, Director of Quality Assurance Center at Tanta University, and Dr. Ayda Nasr, Assistant Professor in Information Technology Department at the Faculty.
   The initiative is launched as a part of a strategic collaboration between Tanta University and the National Authority for Quality Assurance and Accreditation of Education (NAQAAE). Its training activities officially commenced on Sunday, March 15th, 2026, aiming to enhance and advance the higher education system.
   In her speech, Faculty Dean expressed her sincere appreciation to all participants, emphasizing that the faculty spares no effort in providing all means necessary to develop the skills of its members. She added that organizing such an initiative represents a genuine step towards transforming quality concepts from theoretical frameworks into practical applications that elevate the status of both the faculty and the university.
