Under patronage of Prof. Mohammed Hussain, President of Tanta University, and Prof. Nancy Al-Hefnawy, Acting Dean of the Faculty, and under supervision of Prof. Omnia Al-Barbary, Acting Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development, the Community Service and Environmental Development Department at Faculty of Computer and Information is organizing a competition entitled:
“Digital Environmental Awareness Initiative”
Competition Idea:
University students design digital awareness campaigns.
Examples:
•    Short videos (not exceeding one minute)
•    Infographics
Evaluation Criteria:
•    Community impact
•    Creativity
•    Ease of sharing the idea
Participation Conditions:
•    Preferably, participation should be as a team of at least two members.
•    At least one team member must be from the Delta governorates.
•    The team must submit a detailed presentation explaining the idea, ensuring it has real-world impact.
•    Participation is open to university students and graduates from the Delta governorates.
•    The best five impactful images and the best five awareness videos will be selected and published on the official website of the faculty.
Prizes:
•    Certificates of appreciation
•    In-kind rewards (full discount on a specialized training course at the Consulting Center of the Faculty of Computers and Information)

Applications open on Wednesday, April 15th, 2026, and close on Thursday, May 14th, 2026.
