Faculty of Computer and Information Scouts Win Second Place at Tanta University Festival


   The Scouts team of Faculty of Computer and Information at Tanta University has secured second place at the university level during the closing ceremony of the 19th Scouts and Guides Festival.
   Prof. Nancy Al-Hefnawy, Acting Faculty Dean, along with Prof. Osama Ghonaim, Acting Vice Dean for Postgraduate Studies and Scientific Research and Coordinator of Student Activities, extended their sincere congratulations to the “Faculty Scouts Team” for their well-deserved achievement.
   The festival was held under patronage of Prof. Mohammed Hussain, President of the University, and Prof. Al-Sayyed Al-Agouz, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs.
   The faculty administration also expressed great pride in its students who achieved individual excellence awards:
Ideal Leader: Islam Samir Al-Sayyed Al-Kelany
Ideal Scout: Amr Reda Taha
Ideal Female Scout: Rahma Hossam Addin Derag
Ideal Campfire Participant: Ahmed Rady Saber
   Prof. Nancy Al-Hefnawy emphasized that this accomplishment reflects the discipline and high-level skills demonstrated by the students, praising the continuous support from the university leadership.
   The achievement was under supervision of Youth Welfare Department at the faculty, led by Dr. Adel Shaheen, Director of the Department, and Mr. Mohammed Al-Helithy, Activity Coordinator.
   The festival was organized by the General Administration of Student Welfare, under supervision of Prof. Magdy Wakwak, General Coordinator of Student Activities, and Dr. Mohammed Al-Qasir, Director General of Student Welfare, with active field participation from the Scouts and Public Service Department headed by Dr. Omar Khalil.
