The Council of Tanta University, that was held on Tuesday, July 28th, 2026, honored Prof. Nancy Al-Hefnawy, Acting Dean of Faculty of Computer and Information, after gaining the institutional accreditation from the National Authority for Quality Assurance and Accreditation of Education (NAQAAE). The Council was chaired by Prof. Mohammed Hussain, Tanta University President; in attendance of Prof. Hatem Amin, Vice President for Postgraduate Studies and Scientific Research; Prof. Al-Sayyed Al-Agouz, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs; and Prof. Mahmoud Salim, Acting Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development. 
   Prof. Mohammed Hussain presented the honoring shield to Prof. Nancy Al-Hefnawy, appreciating the efforts exerted by the Quality Assurance Unit of the faculty, the administrative staff, and the academic staff, who contributed to achieve that outstanding academic achievement. 
   For her part, Prof. Nancy Al-Hefnawy thanked Dr. Omnia Al-Barbary, Acting Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development, members of the Quality Assurance Unit, academic staff, and assistant staff, on this occasion which reflects abidance by the highest quality standards in academic and administrative practices.
