Under patronage of Prof. Nancy Al Hefnawy, Acting Dean of Faculty of Compute and Information, the faculty held today a workshop titled, “Quality and its Importance”. It was lectured by Eng. Basma Al-Sharqawy.
   During the workshop, quality has been defined, and how the establishment of a Quality Assurance Unit has become a necessity due to the nature of specialized fields and the rapid advancement of technology. In addition; Eng. Basma clarified the academic quality standards and the difference between the academic culture and the values of quality management as well as the role of quality in gaining institutional accreditation.
