Prof. Mohammed Hussain, Tanta University President, has announced launching the new unique program with credit hour system, “Data Analysis and AI” at Faculty of Computer and information. Period of study is 138 credit hours so that the students can finish their study in three and a half academic years. The program seeks to qualify cadres able to achieve excellence in quality of education and scientific research. In addition, it prepares leaders in computer science and contributes to social and industrial development.
  Further, Tanta University President affirmed that the university always seeks to provide outstanding academic programs in the light of the practical studies for the requirements of the labor market locally and worldwide. He highlighted the necessity of data analysis and artificial intelligence in the light of the extreme technological development, adding that the program works on developing the digital skills of the students in the area of technical support and development via using AI applications. He indicated that the study qualifies them for future digital leadership effectively and supports Egypt’s plan for sustainable development.
   For her part, Prof. Nancy Al-Hefnawy, Acting Dean of Faculty of Computer and Information, clarified that the program prepares graduates able to program the machine to simulate the human brain and its methods of thinking, as well as benefiting from the previous experiences. The program also helps the students to analyze the complicated data effectively, and prepares graduates who can meet the quality and academic accreditation standards.
