Under patronage of Prof. Mohammed Hussain, President of Tanta University; Prof. Mahmoud Salim, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development; and Prof. Nancy Abbas Al-Hefnawy, Acting Faculty Dean; and under supervision of Prof. Omnia Al-Barbary, Acting Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development.
   Faculty of Computer and Information at Tanta University organized the activities of the “Third Employment Forum”, which was marked by a high level of organization and strong attendance from leading technology industry experts in Egypt, most notably XAI Technology.
   For his part, Prof. Mahmoud Salim, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development, praised the efforts made to connect graduates with the actual needs of the labor market.
   Prof. Nancy Al-Hefnawy, Acting Dean of the Faculty, began her speech by expressing sincere thanks and appreciation to Prof. Dr. Mohamed Hussein Mahmoud, President of the University, for his unlimited support of the faculty and its activities. She also extended her gratitude to Prof. Dr. Mahmoud Selim for his presence and patronage of the forum. She warmly welcomed all participating companies, expressing the faculty’s pride in hosting such distinguished technological leaders.
   She affirmed that the faculty is preparing leaders for the future of information technology, and that this forum represents a commitment to being the bridge through which students cross toward excellence.
   Prof. Omnia Al-Barbary, Acting Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development, extended special thanks and appreciation to company representatives for accepting the invitation. She noted that this strong participation reflects the excellent reputation of the faculty and its graduates and emphasized the faculty commitment to providing an interactive environment that enables students to engage directly with decision-makers. She also highlighted the important role of companies in offering training opportunities and employment prospects.
At the conclusion of the forum, both Prof. Nancy Al-Hefnawy and Prof. Omnia Al-Barbary expressed their deepest gratitude to the Public Relations Department of the Faculty, led by Ms. Noha Abdul Shafy, Director of the Department.
   The event was attended by Prof. Osama Ghonaim, Acting Vice Dean for Graduate Studies and Scientific Research; Mr. Samir Mehanna, former Undersecretary of Ministry of Information in Gharbia; and was hosted by Dr. Ahmed Salim, Lecturer at the Faculty.
   The forum also witnessed distinguished participation from major companies, including XAI Technology, Daman for Electronic Payments, with broad participation from its affiliated group of companies, as well as Future Code, Digital Way, Appout, Black Tech, Mega Div, IT Routes, and Code Clouder.
